Cancellation Policy

If a registered participant is unable to attend the event, it is possible to transfer the registration to another participant at no additional cost, subject to prior written notice to the Organising Secretariat.

Any fees paid for discounted registrations or special conditions are non-refundable.
The Scientific and/or Organising Secretariat reserves the right to make the following changes for organisational or technical reasons:
Event postponement
Participants will have the right to attend the rescheduled event.
Event cancellation by organiser
Participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. The organiser will notify participants as early as reasonably possible.
Participant obligations
- Use equipment and materials with care
- Comply with safety regulations at the venue
Participants are fully responsible for any damage caused to persons or property.
Failure to attend the full programme
- May prevent issuance of attendance certificates (including ECM credits, where applicable)
- Does not entitle the participant to any refund
Travel, accommodation and related services are not included in the registration fee unless explicitly stated. Participants are responsible for their own bookings.
The organiser shall not be held liable for:
- Booking errors
- Third-party services (hotels, transport, catering)

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution or termination of this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona (Italy).
